I’m just writing this as a long time Halo fan. I was extremely excited about Master Chief Collection finally working out the matchmaking issues it had at launch. For awhile the MCC was the best way to experience/re live Halo. Since the season pass/games of service xp model has been introduced that plethora of content as been drastically decreased. I understand boosters were a problem, but isnt there a better way to punish those that boost instead of getting rid of game modes entirely?
MCC currently has games on a rotation, so if I want friends over to play grifball and it is not the game of the week we cannot play it anywhere. This is a problem in Halo when there are so many different game types that other people love about the series that simply arent there. It’s unfortunate because MCC was the place to go to play any of the fun/wacky Halo game types.
The MCC should be the ultimate place to experience this franchise. Please bring back all of the content that was formerly accessible!
