I have a 2014 disc of halo mcc and i am unable to install it, error shown is installation stopped, tried everything, offline installation, online installation, rebooted my console, nothing works, no physical damage on disk too, unable to download digital version, it says” item not sold separately “and then asks me to purchase it( my store region is india)
Yeah I’ve got the exact same problem. Plus I don’t have internet at home I only have mobile data and that’s why I rely on the offline installation and even that doesn’t work. Hopefully Xbox or 343 can look into fixing this since I really just want to get back to playing my favourite halo games.

Is it the installation of the game that is not working or the update? When my Xbox installed the update kept stopping installation and slowing down. Might have just been slow internet connection. It seemed to keep dropping the connection. Just had to keep resuming installation.
I thought I was the only one, but it says my disk may be damaged but it’s one of my cleanest disks, would be nice if someone got to the bottom of this
