I’ve tried over 50 times to install the disc to an external drive on my XBox One S. Offline, disc install stops at 37.63 GB every single time. Online install gets to about 32GB disc and 1.8GB netowork install then stops. I’ve contacted support and have tried everything they’ve suggested to no avail. Any ideas?

Hmm what’s your internet up and down? Also you don’t have a monthly internet cap do you? Wired or wireless?
I too have the same problem as you, Dave D Ranged - installation of MCC stops after a certain point and just doesn’t want to install itself any further than that. Although I am just installing it to the Xbox One S’ internal hard drive, in case that makes a difference. As of yet I haven’t contacted support; but I decided to ask about here, first. I don’t know what to do about it because thus far with other games being installed we’ve had no issues (including Halo 5: Guardians). Our internet is pretty good most of the time and we don’t have a monthly cap or w/e…don’t know if I need to know any other details about it or not… I don’t know what to do and it is frustrating because I’d really like to play!
