After completing every halo campaign on legendary including ODST you should get an huge achievement for doing it all. But I did not for some reason and it is saying I did not complete them all on legendary for some reason. I made sure I double checked all missions to see if there completed on legendary coop and they were. This issue has persisted for a couple years or more now since I have had it. it has been stuck at 87% complete for the achievement.
Your service record says you are missing a bunch of missions in Halo 1 and 1 in Halo 2. I can help you complete those, if you want some help. I believe you completed them, but you probably have to go back and do those ones again.

Strange, in halo mcc it says every mission is completed on legendary coop. Definitely a bug there. Thank you for letting me know.
I had the same issue for ODST campaign. You should be able to see what you are missing in the achievement menu ( while in main screen or lobbies, press start, career, achievements ). There I found that I was missing a mission for ODST ( it said 8 out of 9, or 7 out of 8, whatever it is ) while in the campaign menu it said that I had completed everything at legendary.

This has been a bug for a while preventing a few players from receiving the Helioskrill helmet back in the day.
Unfortunately, I have this bug too on 2 halo 1 missions, same thing, shows on halo waypoint 2 missions unfinished, meanwhile on Halo MCC it still says i have done them, if I was to redo them, would it fix? or am I stuck like this?
The bug still has not been fixed. The only solution that remotely works for me (very annoying though) is to uninstall and then reinstall the game.
