I’ve played Halo: The Master Chief Collection for over a year now. To me, it’s working just fine, but this one bug keeps irritating me. I’m wondering if anyone’s experienced this issue and if 343 Industries knows about it?
Whenever I play Halo: Combat Evolved’s campaign, I always select the anniversary graphics and the anniversary music as options. As much as I appreciate the original Halo, I want to hear and see the new audiovisual perspective of Halo: CE Anniversary. The new music plays just fine as it’s supposed to, but if I die anywhere in the campaign, the new music (for some odd reason) is switched back to the old music when you respawn at your most recent checkpoint, but with the new graphics on. I’ve played the whole campaign without dying before, and the new music played just fine all the way throughout. The old music only came back (and stayed there until I finished the campaign) whenever I died for the first time in the campaign. It’s just super weird playing the game in new graphics with old music.
Has anyone else noticed this glitch?
