I recently purchased two Xbox One Master Chief Collecton Bundles. Only one of the two game codes were valid, the other said it was already redeemed. I contacted Microsoft, and they were not able to find a gamertag connected to the game code and referred me here. How can I get a replacement code?
I’m not sure why Microsoft support would direct you here. If you bought from the Xbox store, Xbox Live support would be the best people to contact. If it was from an actual store, then you should get in touch with them to try and help you sort it out.
