Halo MCC Freezing

Halo Master Chief Collection Freezes before the main menu, I am on PC. It is just a black screen with Halo:The Master Chief collection in the bottom. I using the Window 10 version the one on game pass ultimate

When you say “freezes” do you mean it is stuck loading with music playing in the background and the loading-wheel spinning?

Did it work before? Any changes right before it stopped working?

If you delete all of the contents in C:\Users<USERNAME>\AppData\LocalLow\MCC ; does the game still ‘freeze’ ?

There is no loading wheel just an black screen with Halo The Master Chief Collection, but I the delete way

I have deleted everything for the game, and reinstalled it. The didn’t fix it, the game is doesn’t respond to anything, and the only way to close it is by using task manger.

Hm, do you have enough place on your HDD? Make sure you have 30GB+ of free space.
Can you post your specs, like RAM, CPU speed? Do other games launch fine from the MS store?

Can you try closing your Antivirus while launching the game?

im also having the same problem for the past couple of weeks where it just freezes and i’m using the steam version

I fix it by resetting my whole computer cause of easy anti cheat
