I can’t go into any game with this happening
If this issue is still happening to you have you tried hard resetting your console?
Sometimes this glitch happens to me but usually I can just press the “X” button to bring up on the roster and then the menus will start functioning normally.
Is your game on an internal hard drive or external USB drive?
