As of the last few weeks i’ve come to notice that at random points, most commonly during cutscenes and campaign play sessions Halo MCC will randomly without warning freeze up my entire pc all sounds instantly stopping and the screen going completely black after i try to tab out or even open the task manager to force close’ this completely locks up my pc forcing me to restart my device.
I’ve tried several things even pc related solutions despite doubting it would be my pc as no other games do this at all.
-Tried re-installing MCC
-Repaired the game and its anti cheat software
-Performed repairs/re-installs on drivers
-Tried to run as administrator
but so far to no avail random freezes/crashes like this have kept happening.
