Every day, without fail, during live matchmaking - multiple times a day - but usually consistently after around 30+ minutes of playing.
I mostly play BTB/8v8 matches - and normally notice crashes while playing on Halo 3. I’ve read up on the topic and seen the issue has been cropping up over the past 12 months and longer. The issue is only occurring while playing on console - playing using my brother’s laptop, for instance, avoids the issue.
Have tried some of the recommended suggestions found in other threads and support discussions: disabling custom skins and customisations, clearing console cache, verified installation integrity, but none seem to work.
Specifically, the Issue for myself is occurring on an Xbox One S console/European region - results in freezing graphics on the screen, with audio continuing but in a seemingly repeating state (walking/driving noises etc.)
No other software or games I play on the console result in this issue. Has anyone else been experiencing these issues lately (April 2022)? Some technical feedback would be appreciated - as the crashes are resulting in matchmaking bans and I’ll assume being unfairly penalising my accounts ‘reputation’ if that’s the case.
