My Halo MCC game for Xbox One keeps freezing and crashing whenever I boot the game up. The game is fine whenever someone else loads up the game on the same console, but whenever I load it up or sign in to a running game it freezes and crashes. I tried to reinstall the game on my console, but that doesn’t seem to be working. I’ve tried to load my Xbox Live account into other consoles with the game and the problem exists there too. Any possible solutions? Thanks

I have this problem too with my main account and i already delete My saved data… Uninstall the Game, and doesnt worked, i already tried to communicate with support and didn’t get any answers. This has to be fixed i only read in social media and other forums how players just quit the Game because they don’t get anything fixed.
I have this issue too. Everytime i try to start a new game it crashes, it loads the videos ok , but when asks to press a button to continue it crashes…

Just uninstalled the whole game and installed it again, on the internal hard disk, the issue is still there
