Halo MCC constant dropping frames (PC)

Had this issue for a few months now. MCC on PC keeps constantly dropping from 60 frames to a dead stop every few seconds, even on the menu. I’ve reinstalled, but the settings on lowest grapics, nothing fixes it. Any help

Are any of your other games doing this? I am also a PC player, and my game is running great. Any changes to your PC lately?

Nope, it’s just Halo MCC, and it never used to do this
