Halo MCC Competitive Maps/Files Essentials Package

Since files and file shares can’t carry over from previous games, I remade the following maps and game types for utility reasons (and a few just for fun). Also, I’ll show you how to find my MCC file share at the bottom of this post.

Halo 2 (classic):
Game types:

  • MLG TS (Team Slayer for Lockout, Midship, Beaver Creek, Midship, and Warlock)- MLG TS SANCT (Team Slayer for Sanctuary)- MLG FFA (to be played on Midship)- 1v1 MLG (to be played on WarLock)Halo 2 (Anniversary):

Maps:

  • Octagon 1v1 (an octagon shaped arena for practice and warm up)- Uncaged (A faithful remake from Reach, also compatible with Safe Havens)- Grifball Arena (based off the non-sprint courts from Reach)- Anchor 9 (A faithful remake from Reach, also compatible with Safe Havens and Ricochet)- Unanchored (Same as Anchor 9, but without shield doors and rockets on 90 second respawn)Game types:

  • Octagon Universal (for weapons testing, practice, and warming up before matches)- Safe Havens- Grifball Swords (sorry, no hammers available in H2A)Halo 3:

(Coming soon whenever 343i fixes H3 Forge)

Halo 4:

Game types:

  • v5 Team Slayer (for v5 Haven)- v5 Ricochet (for v5 Simplex)- Extraction v5 (for Haven)- v5 Capture The Flag (for Simplex)Maps:

  • v5 Haven (A straight duplicate of v5 Haven the way GH057ayame last edited it in H4. All mistakes are my own.)- v5 Simplex (A straight duplicate of v5 Simplex by Big Papa SaLoT and GH057ayame, All mistakes are my own.)Here’s how to find my file share:
Add me as a friend (I don’t need to add you too), then go to Leaderboards > Campaign Timing > Halo CE > Pillar of Autumn > Difficulty: Easy > Filter to show friends by pressing “X”, then you should see me: GT: Larry Tanng (Time: 8:58)

Enjoy!
[UPDATE 3/1/2015: I updated my H2A maps to work correctly with Assault and added a remake of Anchor 9 from Halo: Reach, along with Unanchored (no shield doors version (for better frame rate) with Rockets on 90 sec respawn).]

Not trying to bump for the sake of bumping, but all my H2A maps were broken when I posted this and I feel bad about that. I failed to have Assault working on the H2A maps, because I set them up like Reach and H4, but H2A uses a different system now for a few things, so I spent the day testing and fixing anything I could find, especially my Grifball map that didn’t even work at all, lol.

I know better now than to release broken ish, so if you downloaded any of my H2A maps (except Octagon) before 3/1/15, please download the v2 versions. My apologies.

Wish there was a Station 9 remake. That map was hella fun to play on Extraction.
