What does the community think 343 will be showcasing at RTX? Hopefully they’ll announce more maps and give us a demo of the multiplayer or campaign.
Probably show another re-imagined map (my guess is Zanzibar), and show some stuff within the new Halo 2MP engine.
Maybe a couple camera pans showing the campaign before and after, as well.
H2A is definitely one of them, but maybe forge as well? They did say Halo 2 will now ship with forge for the remastered maps as well.
Probably a reveal of another remade map. Maybe some more campaign footage. More then likely a pannel for questions on the MCC. Doubt there will be a MP demo considering they are hosting a giant LAN halo 2 party there on the original xbox’s.
I don’t think they will tell us the other 3 maps until gamescon, I think they will show us more of the campaign. Oh and like somebody said they might show us a re imagined map that they already confirmed. Although if they really want to do fanboy service that would be the perfect time to announce a coagulation hd upgrade
They are likely to show off the H2A versions of Lockout and/or Zanzibar, and probably even H2A Engine’s forge on one or more of these maps.
Then they will hopefully talk about some of the ‘non-gameplay’ features, such as File Share (And transferring maps/videos/gametypes/screenshots from 360 to ONE for Halo 3 and 4), Armour/Character Model/Emblem Customization across games, Commendations, Achievements, RANKS, and maybe/hopefully some depth on playlists both Campaign and Multiplayer.
It’d also be nice for them to point out some of the differences between the original and “remastered” maps. I’ve spotted a few on Ascension that reminded me of the ‘anniversary’ versions of Halo CEA’s maps. Such as now the OS Walkway has a spot that breaks off where you can walk under the Needler Drop-Down area.
It would definitely be cool to see the remastered lockout, for H2A.
I just want to know what they are going to do for playlists! how many for each game, and what specifically for each game.
Also, ranking system would be nice to finally know, but im pretty sure they are going to keep that hidden for quite some time.
