Halo mcc anti-cheat

So i haven’t played Halo MCC in a few days. Probably 2 or 3. When I tried to play today on steam I had to download a update. Which I did now whenever I try to play a game on halo master chief collection it will kick me out of the game 10 seconds to 1 minute and then say the follow

“ANTI-CHEAT INCIDENT”
"You cannon access this feature due to the following anti-cheat issue: Unknown file version (mcc/Content/Paks/mcc-windowsnoeditor.pak)
I have tried restarting steam. I have tried restarting my PC. I have tried updating anti cheat from multiple videos on youtube.

I am not cheating. I am just a 30 year old dude wanting to play some classic halo on my day after work.
Extremely annoying and disappointing. I have been trying to fix for one hour now and no luck.
Anyone know how to fix?

In your Library, right click the game title; then select ‘Properties…’; then select ‘Local Files’’, then ‘Verify integrity of game files…’

Did you end up figuring out how to solve this issue? My buddy has the same exact error message popping up and he hasn’t ever had any modding or cheating files on his pc. Super annoying issue.
