When I unlocked a number of achievements for completing halo 4 and the achievements for completing 1-4. It says I have unlocked the achievements but the score is not adding to my overall gamerscore. Also It never prompted me that I unlocked them either, but when I unlock achievements now for this game it gives me the score and prompt. But the rest still are not adding up. I do not know how to fix this.

Were you connected to Xbox Live while doing it/you do have XBL Gold, right?

Check Xbox.com to see if the achievements are showing as unlocked on there. If the achievement shows as unlocked on Xbox.com, then you definitely have the achievement, and the gamerscore should get added to your profile…eventually. You can possibly try recovering your gamertag to force it to update, though I don’t think this is guaranteed to work.
Also, I’m looking at your service record and it doesn’t show you as having completed Halo 4 - it shows that you still haven’t completed Midnight. Try doing that mission again if you still can’t get it to work. It only shows you as having done half of Halo: CE as well if you’re having problems with those achievements too. Your profile on this site shows that you have the achievements for completing these levels and for completing all campaigns but problems often arise when the service record doesn’t record the mission as being complete in your stats (for some reason that has never been determined, as far as I know).

Halo 4 is also known to be rather buggy, especially in regard to achievements and the Master Chief Collection. Unfortunately it’s just kind of the way it is, without any other real fixes out there.
But, bblcreator is correct. Check on your Xbox profile and see what it looks like.
