Hi there,
A few days ago, achievements started acting super weird with Halo MCC. The achievement notifications would pop on the xbox AND show as complete within career progress ( when it works, more on that later ) BUT show as locked but 100% complete inside the xbox achievements page. Since this has started happening about 2 days ago now, The career page rarely works, most of the time it will either show 0% completion instead of 73% or the game will lock up only showing the background. Another thing that has started happening is that the achievements page will say achievements not available at this time on both the xbox app and on the xbox itself. This sporadically fixes itself but is usually broken, and is ONLY with Halo MCC, every other game’s achievement page still works.
Some of the achievements I noticed would re-unlock by doing them again when the career progress was NOT showing 0% complete, but the remaining one - Sid Graffiti simply WILL NOT unlock. I think this is because career shows it as complete, so the trigger no longer responds when activated for the XBL side of things. This has been driving me crazy for the last few days, as it seems I cannot unlock achievements PERIOD, if the game is glitched with the 0% progress rearing it’s ugly head in the career page.
Things I have tried:
- Hard power cycling the Xbox - Deleting and re-installing the game - Re-unlocking the achievement - Removing and re-adding my Profile - Waiting 2 days, hoping for it to magically unlock on its own ( while playing other games ) - Contacting Microsoft Support → sent me hereIf there is anything I can do to get this fixed that would be awesome! I’m currently on gravemind on Halo 2A trying to complete the game on Legendary in under 3 hours and I REALLY don’t want to do all that and find out none of the achievements unlocked because of whatever is afflicting my account…

Achievement randomly popped this morning. Not sure if this post brought some attention to things or not, but I can confirm all other problems with career seem to have been fixed as well. The only remaining thing is the achievements page on XBL still says the Achievements list is not available at this time, please try again.
In any case, if somebody at 343 or otherwise saw this and went in and fixed something, thanks! I really appreciate it!
