So far I have beaten both Halo: CE and Halo 4 on legendary, and so far I haven’t been given the achievement for either of them. In Halo:CE, there were two missions (Truth and Reconciliation and The Silent Cartographer) that didn’t unlock, and they say “Done! Unlocking…” So I’m not too concerned. What’s weird is that I got the achievements for beating it on easy, normal, and heroic, but not legendary (that one says “Done, Unlocking…” as well.). Again, I’m not too concerned. I’m sure they will unlock eventually. I am more concerned with Halo 4, though. It didn’t register that I beat the mission “Reclaimer”. The game says I did, but the achievement says 0%. This also means I didn’t get the achievements for beating the game on any difficulty. I’m concerned I will have to beat it again, but I really want to avoid that at all costs. Did anyone else have this issue or a similar one? I figure, if everyone’s missing this mission, 343 will fix it, but if it’s just me, I am afraid I will just have to beat it again (it took me like 2 hours last time. I really don’t want to do it again). Let me know, thanks!

Edit: And it appears that my progress for “Lone Wolf Legend” is at 3/8 instead of the actual 8/8 it should be. I at least expected 7/8 because that’s what “The legend of 117” achievement says, and I never played co-op in Halo 4.
I’m having a similar problem. I beat Halo: CE on legendary but it didn’t unlock the achievements for completing the game even though every mission says it’s complete but the achievement reads 90% complete.

Doesn’t seem to be always the case. I keep hearing this happens for some but I have been waiting since the first week of release for the glitched achievements to unlock.
I had no problem unlocking achievments for Halo 1 and 3 but Halo 2 and 4 is not unlocking the achievment for beating the games on Legendary and is not unlocking achievments for the Midnight level and Cairo station and both games also say I have got 90% left in the game?
I’ve beat Halo CEA and Halo 2 Anniversary along with found all the terminals and the game stopped giving me achievements half way through Halo CEA and only 1 terminal. It shows I completed all the missions yet after 3 weeks of waiting for the glitched achievements to show up they still haven’t. I love the halo games, but this has caused me to put in on the shelf and forget about or just trade it in. I thought Destiny was bad until I played the master chief collection. Now I’m just disappointed in the lack of testing before release and disregard 343 is having towards fixing these issues. Not to mention all the bad PR this has caused for the game and company. In my opinion 343 dropped the odd ball on this one and doesn’t seem to care about the fans.
I’ve been waiting since 11.11.14 for 10 achievements to get out of the done unlocking screen. I have stopped playing this game and will not pick back up until the achievements are fixed.
I beat Halo 4 on Legendary…double checked all missions to make sure Solo Legendary was complete. The game menu also shows 10/10 completed, but achievements “Librarian’s Gift”, “Wake Up, John”, “I Need a Hero” & “The Legend of 117” all say only 62%.
I’m confident 343 will take care of these bugs, but it’s certainly frustrating in the meantime.
I just finished Halo 2, the game menu say 15/15 missions complete, but the achievement for playing all levels on normal(yes, I’m just a casual player) is only saying 12/13. However all levels have their own achievement unlocked. The only thing I can think is it didn’t register because the game never went through the credits. It played the final cut scene and went right to the MCC loading screen. I’ll play the last mission again, but if it still doesn’t unlock, I’ll not be very happy.
I finished halo 2 and 4 and I didn’t get achievements for both. This is very frustrating as I deciced to beat all Halo for achivements and I am not getting them. I am so tired of games being sold unplayable. This game is doomed like BF4. Cancelling pre-order on Halo 5, pre-order these days mean : paying for beta.
I just beat re-beat the campaign level… that wasn’t shown as completed and this -Yoink- is still broken. -Yoink- 343. I WANT MY achievements YOU PUTOS!
I beat the par score for Serra 117 this morning but the achievement didn’t pop up. When I checked my career campaign achievements it said I had 13000/13000 points so I just figured the system was still trying to recover from yesterdays attack.
Later on I went into multiplayer where I saw a different achievement pop up. I figured I’d check on my other one only to find out it shows absolutely nothing now. All of my achievements in progress have been reset to 0%. This is very disconcerting since I was about 75% of the way through “Thanks A Killion”. I really don’t want to start over on 250 Hunter kills either. These aren’t difficult to do just very time consuming. I hope this will be fixed.
I’m having the same problem with H4. I had the same thing happen to me in Titanfall, but I was watching Netflix a few weeks later and all of a sudden, Titanfall achievements started popping…
