So I have completed every Halo campaign on legendary in the MCC and I haven’t gotten all of the achievements associated with the completion of them. Checked my service record on Halo waypoint and cannot figure out why most of my games are generally blank except Halo 2 and 4. Haven’t checked Halo 5 for helioskrill armor yet. Someone please help!
Sometimes the achievements can be delayed in unlocking. I went through the campaign’s for Halo 2, Halo 3, and Halo 4, solo, on Legendary and it took nearly a full 24 hours before some of the achievements finally appeared. Funny part is, I wasn’t even playing MCC when the achievements finally popped up.
Anyway, it’s odd that they didn’t show. When you played through, did you at any point in time lost internet connectivity or complete any of the campaigns offline?
I have this problem too for the black eye skull achievement. I ran the level on legendary with no skulls on like 4 times now and it won’t pop. I’m at a loss here. This is my last skull for halo 1-3 
I have a similar problem that I don’t know how to fix either. I might to check again later. So for me, the MCC says that a mission I did, which was the assault of the control room was completed and it shows the legendary icon there. I even saw the cutscene. But for some reason, I didn’t get the achievement nor did I have it show up in my service record. I don’t know why it does this and it really annoys me. MCC has major problems logging in my achievements and mission completions. But I hope things are going well for you cause they ain’t going well for mine. I don’t know anything much so please correct me if there’s something wrong with this comment.
Same issues here. Makes me not want to try completing all of my speed runs. Half of my times don’t even show up on the leader boards. I can’t believe this is still an issue this long after release. I’m easily missing around 50 achievements total.

Same kind of problem I don’t come to this forum for my health, (and what’s the point of letting me into the insider programme if my comments still get deleted where do I go to give feedback?)
