I play Halo MCC in my PC. It worked fine before, I didn’t open it for like a month and then this problem started occurring. It says “The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.” I searched the web for this problem and most of the sites say the same things like updating Windows, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, updating .net, vcc and dx, and whatnot. I tried everything they said, but I am still having this problem. Is there any way to solve it or I’ll never be able to play the game.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the game three times (which is not always possible given it is now nearly 60GB), so I would appreciate any advice anyone can offer. I really want to play this game again, and 3ODST is coming soon. I am really frustrated, please help.
