So lately my halo slayer, I have been getting a lot of noobs in my team and they always die and drag the team down while the opponent team has all the pro players why is this so? I am really pissed cause I have been losing thanks to the noobs.

It’s impossible to make a 100% perfect matchmaking system which would place everyone at perfectly even teams.
I have checked your match history and in the most recent matches, they have actually been pretty even when it comes to team performance and no sign about being truly imbalanced. My suggestion is to instead look at yourself in the mirror and see how you can improve from each mistake you have made as the matches you lost, your individual performance hasn’t always been the best.
I wouldn’t blame it solely on new members. Looking at your history your placement has set you silver and gold tier which all the new players or people who don’t care about ranking up would be placed at.
individually your scores weren’t bad for the most part but weren’t great either.
My suggestion is try to find a group to run with it gets rid of playing with randoms for one and second in my opinion it’s way more fun
Well there should be more newbs about since Christmas just happened. As far as noobs, one reason could be the matchmaker might’ve thought they should play to a certain level so it put them in your game, and then in the game they actually didn’t do that. That happened to me last night. I knew I shouldn’t have played since I was half asleep, but I did anyway and went negative. We only lost by a couple points and if I was playing better we probably would’ve won.
Random teammates will always equal random results. If it really bugs you that much you could always use one of the many tools provided to find like-minded teammates. The Xbox looking for group feature works pretty well or you could use the recruiting section of the forums just to name two.

It’s because nobody plays Halo 5 anymore, so the skill search has to be widened drastically. Also, be careful about making negative posts on this site. Moderators lock them almost instantly.

Hmmm… sarcasm? 
343 knows who the good players are and who the bad players are. A simple analysis in the profile of the player you discovered this, just analyze the rate of slaughter and deaths that simple question but the 343 analyzes different and this ends up hurting players solo and the ones with the lowest ablilidade
If 343 would stop having the opposing team spawn behind you or next to your base like the past Halos, I would say that I don’t agree with the OP. The game could use more Halo than Call of Duty… I liked the break in the fights so I can reload and have that brief non-chaotic feeling and then push forward for another fight instead of the opposing teams having spawns correlated to where you are located to give you more of a “challenge”.
The game is getting old now and doesn’t have the best player count.
Personally I can’t go a single match without 2 or 3 of the other players being from some latin-american country, not speaking english, and having a constant 125ms+ ping.
I would love an “only match me with players that speak my language” option. It’s not a racist thing, I just can’t communicate with them and my connection to them is really bad. They also tend to play in parties more, which, as a solo player I never like being matched with parties on either team.

I’m going to try and put this nicely. Really, I’m going to try. But guy, you’re a Gold 3, with a negative K/D. The people you’re going to play against, and with, are the same as you. Generally if you’re calling out your teammates for being bad, with where you’re ranked, that’s pretty much your whole division.
You can’t just say noobs are dragging you down. You haven’t even touched Platinum ranks yet, let alone Diamond. Imagine how those players would feel having you on their team, not being able to hold your ground in matches whatsoever. I’m not even going into Onyx ranks with this argument.
What I’m saying is, you really have no place complaining of teammates being noobs, when the division you’re placed in and the people you play with and against are set up they way they are for that specific reason. Those of you ranked Gold are typically going to play against other Gold people.

Your all time top CSR is Gold 3, you aren’t playing against any “pro” players I assure you.
Continue your performance, play well, and over time your rank will increase. It will drop and it will go up, but it will go up more than it drops.
It takes time, it’s a grind to raise your CSR.
