What else can we expect from all the Halo games, in the Master Chief Collection that aren’t getting the anniversary treatment, like Halo 2 is (other than being ramped up to 1080p, 60 fps)? Also how have the games overall performance improved from being moved to the Xbox One?

1080p, 60fps is kind of a huge one.

Dedicated Servers is another huge one.

Faster load times.

Better Net-Code.

All DLC for all games included.

Does much else need to be added?
