I recently have gotten a one month trial for Xbox Live for using a 2-day trial that came with the Halo Master Chief collection (it came through the message app). I was not aware that after 30 days of not viewing a message, it would delete itself. I would like to retrieve the code to use it for my trial period. Is there any way this is possible? I have already contacted Microsoft, and I was directed here. Thank you for your time.
There is no way to retrieve the code that I know of, but if you post over on this Xbox Support forum, the folks over there should be able to help you out. I believe that’s the forum that Support should have directed you to.

Both of the customer support people at Microsoft told me to go here and that Xbox cannot do anything because they didn’t send the code. 343i did.
