I was about to play matchmaking when it said i didnt have any of the maps. This doesnt make sense because i have the defiant map and the noble. I was to the marketplace and it says i havent bought them so i cant download them again, can anyone help please :(?
i can also play them in customs but not in matchmaking

Do you have the Defiant, Noble and Anniversary map packs? Which ones are showing up as bought in the marketplace?

i dont have anniversary but i have both of the other packs. None show up in the marketplace as bought. I can play them in custom games but not in matchmaking.

What playlist are you selecting in Matchmaking?

the only thing i can play is invasion
Do you actually try to enter the playlist, or do you just see an error message and assume it won’t work?
Bungie added a message to the game to encourage people to buy the DLC. For some strange reason, they decided to phrase it like an error message, and show it where only error messages are supposed to appear. However, it isn’t an error message, and you should be able to click through it and just enter a playlist.
If it says “required”, then it’s an error. If it says “recommended”, then it’s just a naggy misleading piece of text and you can enter the playlist just fine.
