Hi, I’ve been having this problem since July 2017 and I can’t seem to find the problem nor can I rely on repair shops because of their policy at which they will not open unless they see it fit to be a major issue to be fixed and so I’m hoping this will help somehow. Ok! Here’s my problem:
1.Whenever I try to load a custom war games map for local play because I don’t have gold membership - certain maps will load on the unsc loading screen with a slight lag or freeze and then hang/freeze and these maps are Abandon, Erosion, Exile, Haven, Vortex, Forge Island
2. Whenever I try to load a campaign mission I will get the loading screen of that holographic globe but at some point after a slight lag it will bring me back to the main menu - these campaign mission issue I have are on the mission: Prologue, Dawn, Reclaimer, and Midnight
I have tried everything from redownloading my xbox live profile to deleteing my data, halo title update, war games data downloaded from the second disc (similarly I tried xbox live too from where i download and the problem still persists), clearing the system cache, downloading/installing the halo disc on my xbox. With no such luck I’m on a dead end since I couldn’t enjoy my single player or local play experience. I’m not sure if this affects it but my xbox is 7 years old with no prior damage to it, its an xbox 360 Slim (black, glossy).
Any other info about the xbox such as console id or service date and all I’ll be sure to address whomever may reply to this topic and is in the right position to help me such as someone who can look into the problem like someone who had the same problem or someone who knows the solution to this and has tested it.
