what is the fate of the mysterious halo 2 vista message that says it will come out on mac and ios and the rumors of the halo trilogy coming to steam
As far as I’m aware nothing has ever been officially confirmed by Microsoft or 343 regarding these issues, but in the case of Apple, at this point in time I honestly cannot see Microsoft porting its flagship, money-making franchise to one of its competitors.
The only Halo game confirmed for PC is Halo Online that is currently having its beta testing in Russia (or anywhere else where somebody has obtained it).
halo 1 was on mac in 2003 around the same time it was ported to pc
Halo CE and 2 servers are still running on PC. Halo 3 might come as a mod, as Microsoft sure aren’t doing it.
Halo 2 on iOS? Unlikely but YESSSSSSSSS!!! 343 should do what Rockstar is doing with GTA and start putting the older Halo games on mobile devices.
it’s likely that halo 2 will be ported to mac now because halo spartan assault and spartan strike are now on ios or it’s also called the halo spartan series
Spartan Assault and Strike are on iOS (Or will be soon).
As for Halo 3 coming to PC, I hope 343 makes a port for it soon.
