Jeez we are getting into some real hardcore PC gamer stuff here, this is the kind of thing that our friends over at Counter-Strike love. OP is just asking for (very) in-depth customisation for mouse and keyboard controls.
CM/360 refers to the distance you must move your mouse to do a full revolution in-game. In other words, how many centimetres per 360 degree spin. This article goes into detail if you’re interested in that sort of stuff.
I’m surprised to see it in metric, I assumed most gaming terminology would be very American.

Thats correct, You saying its very in depth, a Game called “Diabotical” a Alternate version to something like Unreal tournament or Quake has it, its a indie game.
So to get a Little Rectangle asking for our CM/360 is not that much of an ask.
