Halo legends.

Where’d they go the comics were truly amazing and they revealed story’s about the cannon. And I wouldn’t mind seeing them come back, either that or a game based off of some of the stories.

Discuss.

Halo Legends wasn’t the comics, it was the anime.

You’re thinking of Evolutions

Actually your wrong if he is talking about comics then he is talking about the Graphic Novel that had several different stories, since Evolution was a reading book and not graphic/comic book.

Nope, he means Evolutions. A few of the stories from Evolutions were turned into motion comics on Halo Waypoint, and he’s asking if/when any more are coming out

At least, that’s what it seems like he is talking about, since he’s asking where they went.

Yup I agree after reading his broken english. I was hoping they would make the Mona Lisa into one large viewing instead of viewing them in segments, like what they did for The Return and Midlothian or however you spell it.

Personally they need to make all the stop motions into a DVD for purchase

Agreed, I would love to have a DVD of Evolutions.

Personally I think they should let those studios come up with their own story. Don’t get me wrong I like the stories for Evolutions but how many times are we going to cover the same story. Look at Reach, we had a book, then a comic about the book, and now the game (granted the game told a new part of the story) but I want to see what happen in the other 25 years of the wars that hasn’t been told once.

Like in the Halowaypoint Courage, at the end of the battle they talk about the General’s speech on Actium to the men and that wasn’t in any other medias outlet they just made that up for that video. Add more canon.

I;m holding out for some CGI direct to video movies that look like the CGI scenes in Halo Wars. Maybe the first one can be a retelling of the book Contact Harvest (to introduce viewers to the war, and to serve as a prequel to Wars), and then some standalone stories taking place at various points in the war.

Personally that’s what I want to see in a movie, I don’t want a live action movie b/c those have just bombed and I’m worried it will be the same for Halo and the Live Action won’t do it justice. Don’t get me wrong the We Are ODST and Deliver Hope Live Actions were good but then you have Landfall which it was ok but looked a little corny. Personally if Halo makes a movie I hope it’s like Beowulf or Final Fantasy even tho those movies didn’t get good ratings b/c of how it was film, I think Halo and 343 would make a great movie in that style which might make studios rethink of using CGI for entire movies.

Plus if they make a movie I really think it should be about the 5 Year Battle on Harvest, you can quickly introduce the Covenant coming to the planet years before and Bombardment, the creation of the Spartans, and UNSC coming back to retake the planet all that within the first 30 minutes to set-up the storyline forthose that either a)have no idea what Halo is or b)haven’t read any of the books, just don’t make it about Reach or any of the Halo Games. Do a prequel or how it started, b/c I think the 5 year battle has everything, tradegy, All Spartans living, Admiral Cole, Space/Land battles, and humanity coming from the ashes (literally) to win the planet back even tho it came at great costs, but it’s just a minor battle/victory out of many defeats and it the beginning of the war still (which leaves room for more movies)

Also I think they should focus on the humanity side of the battle and not so much of the Spartans, I mean show scenes with the Spartans performing their badassery that we know and love at key points in the movie, but focus on Cole, the soldiers and ground forces.
