Not that it’s bad, it’s just that the Assault Rifle looks more like an MA5C rather than an MA5B, the lower ‘mouth’ area with the vents of the Mark V helmet looks more like the Mark IV, and the upper torso armor looks like Reach’s armor, rather than CE Anniversary’s armor.
Haven’t gotten any of the other crates, and I doubt I’ll get this one, unfortunately.

Every single LootCrate since the beginning has come like this. I would suggest that you cancel your subscription before they charge you again, because the next Crate is going to be delivered the same exact way - and you’ll be sorely disappointed. If they are actually sending you a new document wallet shipped out in a proper bubble-foil envelope - you better thank them an awful lot since apparently they have the best support in the world to be able to listen to this complaint… “Not pleased at all”… Please.

Yeah, mine were bent, can confirm. Of course to me, the documents don’t matter at all and I haven’t read one of them yet, so their condition doesn’t matter to me.
It’s also about 5 cents cost to LootCrate for these documents, so there’s that too.

Mine came the same way, but these are not an important part of the Crate experience for me.

For your information, I have got all the Halo crates so far, and this was the only one that put the documents in such a way, all the others where on the top, or the bottom of the box. The paperwork was not bent as such, but unfortunately one of the post-card images was.

Yeah, I was feeling pretty snarky after I read your comment that day. I may have overdone it - apologies. But whatever.
Sounds like you are complaining over nothing. I’ve gotten all of the crates as well - I know exactly what you are talking about as mine were the same way. I know the image cards kept the bend because they were printed on cardstock, but it’s not like someone grabbed them and folded them in half. And no, in the grand scheme of things - it doesn’t matter - because your definition of damaged is much different than mine. And no, $35 US Dollar equivalent every other month (or *bi-monthly) doesn’t matter if you get a bent cardstock when everything else in the crate far outweighs the value you pay for. And no, my opinion doesn’t outweigh anyone else’s - but my opinion is different than yours and I can choose to voice mine whether you agree or not. And feel free to despise me; I’m fine with it. I obviously despised your decision to complain about a bent image card enough to voice it in this thread - which is a pretty rare occurrence considering I’m usually agreeable.
But we digress.
This thread can probably be locked now if we have nothing more of value to add - Not to mention there are many other LootCrate threads currently open.
