so I just got a halo legendary crate I entered the code but I didn’t get the badge how do I obtain it

Which badge are you talking about OP, the forum badge for here on Waypoint? If so you need to make sure that you have linked up your gamertag on Lootcrate’s website.

Head over to Lootcrate.com and go to your subscriptions: https://www.lootcrate.com/user_accounts/subscriptions - under the Halo crate there should be an option to link your gamertag. Sometimes it can take time for the badge to be applied here, but you should get a PM / notification once it has been unlocked.
