I noticed last month my legacy data was completely synced up, however now my Halo 3, ODST, and Reach data is MIA. Any tips for how to fix this?

It’s a new site, I’m willing to give it the benefit of the doubt while they get everything working.

I’m missing everything from before Halo 4 and back. You’re right… they have everything synced a while back… but the last week or so they disappeared again. I’m somewhat willing to give 343 the benefit of the doubt, however, they’ve disappointed in the past with some decisions they’ve made… we’ll see how this one plays out. Hopefully the do the right thing and bring everything back again…
Same here. All of my legacy service records haven’t been synced here compared to the previous Waypoint. The only game that’s syncing is Halo 4, and the rest except CEA are blank as if I didn’t play at all.
CEA on the other hand says I…
- Completed 33 missions
- Found 1,023 terminals
- Collected 8,191 skulls
But since this site has just rolled out, I’ll give it a few days to a week and find out if the site will pick up my service records for those games.

I hope so… I’m also missing my profile (which I just updated on the old Waypoint as well)… if not, might put a ticket in and see what happens…
I would really like my Halo Reach stats to reflect accurately again. Hoping it’s just some early jitters.
Same here, let’s hope they update the service records. I would love to remember the legacy of those games.
Would playing these games again help update the records? Or is it just something that will load in time?
I do hope they didn’t just harvest the data all at one point during development of the site and anything missing is gone for good.
Hopefully this will give them the chance to fix things up. None of my stats in the old service records made any sense: 98 days of playtime, more levels complete than the amount that there really is and inaccurate k/d ratios.
I don’t care so much about stats, but my screenshots on my fileshare aren’t there, either. Those I realllly would like back.

I don’t see any of my legacy games. Under service record the only thing that shows up is MCC and Guardians.

I’m having the same problem. Legacy stats from Bungie-era games (Reach, ODST, H3, H2) are all missing.
343i, please fix these stats.
I am wondering that myself, however I am unable to play on Halo 3 as the servers are down and after I played a matchmade firefight game on classic Reach, it still didn’t update. 
CEA is showing I have 89/13 skulls.
Really hoping this stuff gets fixed, especially with fileshare.
I’m missing everything prior to HALO 4. I’m hopeful this is just temporary, and that it is eventually updated. Has there been anything official on this yet?
I’m suspecting it’s just a side effect of bringing up the new site?

Just want to put an update here, it appears 343 has fixed the legacy service records. Might want to check if it’s fixed on your service records because I’m not sure if it applies to everyone.
My records for H3, Reach, and ODST are now displaying as before. Though, CEA on the other hand is still bugged for some reason.

Yeah, same. The others are showing up on Waypoint again but CEA still bugged for me as well.

Seeing how this was updated on the weekend, it really feels to me like the legacy stats are someone’s pet project, something they’re fixing on their own time.
Thank you to whoever is doing this - please keep up the good work, and I hope you can add a few more details like wins/losses in H4 and Reach, and Co-op/Solo campaign completion bades.
