So, I haven’t really read much on Last Light beyond its premise as described on Amazon, and as such I only know it’s confirmed that “Blue Team” - comprising Fred, Linda, and Kelly - is in.
But looking at the cover image… it struck me that the woman on the left is wearing SPI armor or perhaps MJOLNIR inspired by SPI. That woman could very well be Lucy B-091, one of the two Spartan-III Beta Company survivors.
Thoughts? And if information identifying that individual on the cover has already been revealed - kindly inform me and disregard this topic!

This actually makes sense.
I’d forgotten that Catalogue only placed their MIA/implied death status after 2553 - meaning this book is probably the explanation people have been vying for. I’d also forgotten Catalogue mentioned that Tom and Lucy actually joined the Spartan Branch.
Slaps self on wrist I’d ruled Team Saber out because of Catalogue, but didn’t even think about the dates.

She has black hair, actually. The only Spartan with blue hair was Kelly when she was 6.
