UPDATE: The issue with multiple code redemptions appears to have been resolved.
ORIGINAL:
I haven’t seen anyone else mention it, but there was a new 2XP promotion started last week for Halo Infinite.
First, I wanted to say that I am thankful that we finally got something at least SOMEWHAT healthy for one of these giveaways with the inclusion of the Bear Naked products. It’s about time that we get some options that aren’t Energy drinks, soda or cookies/candy (as much as I love those things too). The full list of items and instructions are at the links below:

With that said, I have encountered a major error with this promotion and wanted to give my word of warning. I ordered groceries over the weekend and received 5 codes after submitting my receipt to the website. However, after my first redemption (which successfully registered as a 2XP pack), all of the other codes were locked out. I have redeemed a lot of codes for Infinite already, and I recognized the error message: “The code entered is for an offer that you have already redeemed. This code can still be redeemed by another user”.
This is the same error if you try to redeem one of the non-consumable unlocks more than once (so if you have multiple Jazaware figures or Mega Bloks codes for a banner or emblem). However, the Kelloggs promotion is clearly meant to be used multiple times (It even lists you can get up to 120 codes on the rewards site, a bit silly if it was meant to be a one time redemption).
I have logged my issue with Kelloggs, and reached out to Halo Support on social media. Since it doesn’t seem 343 has a direct contact for Waypoint related issues, I thought I would make this post to hopefully gain some attention and see if anyone else has this issue. I know of at least 1 or 2 others on Twitter who are reporting the same thing, but the promotion is so new that it hasn’t really caught on yet. If you do encounter the same issue as me, I would suggest holding onto your codes for a bit to see if they can iron things out, or maybe wait before you go buy 30 cans of Pringles to try and get as many codes as possible.
