From an two hours I’m continue to receive some error message
Error authorizing user with Halo 5: Guardians services. You will be unable to acces online mode.
Please some one explain what is happening. It’s service error or is just my profile error. ( im not receive ban hammer -there no reason)
have you gotten the update? mine did the same thing and i had to shut off my x1 and turn it back on for halo to start updateing

that sucks man, your probaly going to be locked out till you get that update.
Deleting system cache ? Delete and recover Account ? Hard Reset after these two have been done ? Apart from that maybe just a bit of a wait for the update

Sign out of your xbl account then back in. Worked for me.

Could it be because too many players are downloading the update at the same time, clogging the server lines? I won’t update until that’s clear.

I did the update a few days ago but today when i got home from college I had the same error! I tried a hard reset of my xbox and it did not work. So the next thing i did was logout and then log back i and it lets me login to my halo5 account with no errors now but there is still lobby service errors…lame
disconnect your xbox profile and then riconnect.
it should work then

I was expecting the same thing, I hope he gets his stuff working again.
You have to delete System 32 or just reset your internet :v
