Last night, I played some games, no issues. Today, I booted up Fiesta, and found some of the worst hit registration of any game I have ever played, bar none. My melees were blanking. I unloaded a full BR clip and didn’t even break shields. My snipes took a full three to four seconds to even register after I shot them. I was watching people die to my snipes AFTER killing me and teabagging my corpse. The game is such a buggy mess right now that I’m surprised the multiplqyer is even still live. It’s so inconsistent. And frustrating. Thanks to the inconsistency, and SBMM, I feel like I’m bouncing around skill levels, making games even less consistent. At this point, I can never tell if I went 26-4 because of my skill, or my opponents’ desynch issues, or maybe even being booted down in SBMM from the terrible games the night before.
Then, I take a look back at our most recent update from 343. They are working on BTB, ready maybe within the next month. That’s it. After every benchmark, people have defended 343. Oh, they’re just gone for break. Oh, these things take time. Oh, they’ll get right to work after the holidays.
Well, it’s after the holidays. Our weekly reward is a sticker (they said that would change), the same sticker we’ve unlocked twice already. The game is only somehow getting buggier, somehow, and the only thing 343 has to say is that they might have a fix for BTB sometime in the next month. That is such an insanely ridiculous statement, that it’s hilarious. You think I’m angry? I’m laughing right now. This game is a joke, 343 are the comedians, and we’re the punchline. The only reason people are even still playing this game is that the other major fps choices this year are somehow in an even worse state. Not even a discussion. This game is just bad. Until they fix the problems they seem intent on letting live on, I might come back for events, but nothing else in this game is fun anymore. Halo 5 Fiesta still works, and is miles better than the state this game is in right now, which should be some sort of joke.
