Halo 5 was a failed attempted to fix what you messed up in Halo 4. Halo 5 isn’t bad but it could have, and should have been way better.
For example the Spartan customization is terrible with this new req system and you should be able to customize pieces of armor freely instead of it coming as an entire set where most of which are really really ugly. Second for beating the campaign on legendary you should get an armor set including a helmet, or at LEAST some sort of special req pack same goes for getting all skulls. Third, where are all of the gamemodes??? Infection,big team battle,team doubles,etc…And lastly (not really because this game has plenty of problems and things missing) SPOILERS the campaign ending is terrrrriiibbbleeee. 9 hours of coop legendary and that’s the ending we get? What a fat slap in the face.

Hi. Another fan since CE here. In my personal opinion 343 knocked it out of the park with H5. H4 being my second favorite. After what Bungie did with Destiny i would want them to come back to Halo, ever.

Yeah, let Bungie take it. The ones who cut out the Taken King from Destiny when it was already part of the original game. They made players pay $120 dollars for the full game. Let’s let Bungie take it back and make the story horrible because it’s far too esoteric and confusing. Let’s let those idiots take a hold of Halo again. Yeah no.

Oh great another let’s give the game back to Bungie thread followed up by comments about how Bungie made Destiny and blah blah blah you get the idea. Can we please stop with these?

Funnily enough if someone did give me creative rights to Halo, I have a whole group of Halo fans that consider things like retaining options as splitscreen to be essential and part of the parcel.

Bungie did an awesome job of story telling. Great mp map designs And lots of them. And there was no lag.
343i has done a commendable job attempting to continue the franchise. Much in the way treyarc tried to follow infinity ward with the c.o.d. series.
It falls short of expectations by a long shot but not a complete failure. Halo 5 doesn’t feel like a next gen game. It feels incomplete and more like an enhanced graphic add on.
