Yeah…I agree with most of this. Some of the changes that were made were good, but there’s a ton of stupid ones too. Ordnance and instant respawn are the main factors of Halo 4’s current suckage.

it’s weird, i hated reach, but i’m loving halo 4 like i loved halo 3. it’s brilliant, i’m so happy with it.
other than race mode and certain other gametypes being missing of course, but those are small things that will probably get added later down the line.
Halo isn’t dead. Whomver, Halo 4 is just too similar to Call of Duty to be even called a Halo game. And you can easily reach SR 50 within a week… wtf.
Halo 3 ODST was the last Halo game I’d rate above a 7/10. Reach wasn’t up to par and Halo 4 isn’t of the same quality as Halo 3 in my opinion.
I will still buy the next Halo games though as I enjoy the story and Halo 4 is fun to play a few matches with friends.

The bad thing about having something to critisise is that even when you have valid points. It all really depends on how you tell them it, if you say it in a wall of text people say that you are just crying about every single thing. If you make it short and simple than people say you don’t know what the hell you are talking about.

But the OP didn’t suddenly change their opinion on Reach, you just find it easier to regurgitate the same flawed argument than to actually counter and discuss points.
I think Reach is better than H4. That doesn’t mean I suddenly like Reach, I still can’t stand it; I just consider it the least-worst out of the two.

I for one really enjoyed the campaign, far better than 3 and Reach’s one.
Multiplayer is great, although it feels a lot more competitive 
They do need to have a Big team Objective game type though, want me some Valhalla CTF -Yoink!- it!

Well I do agree with everyone’s opinion is their own, I am going to have to disagree with the statement “Halo is ruined”. I have been a fan of halo for 4 years now, and have played all the titles, and liked them all. The series is going to have to adapt sometimes, for better or for worse, to keep up with and also set the standards for future First Person Shooters. Halo isn’t changing, it’s evolving.

I have played Halo for over 10 years now and I have to say it’s one of the best yet. I don’t see how you could have such complaints with it.
The sound is amazing, maybe because it’s running through a surround system but it really increases the atmosphere.
Also the combat is a lot better and still takes a lot of skill as I have found out myself as I haven’t played for well over a year.
This has to be one of the best halo’s. I still regard halo 2 as the best mainly due to the multiplayer and the thousands of hours I racked up on there.

I don’t see Halo 4 and neither Reach as bad games. They were booth good games. They have their flaws. Whomever, in multiplayer terms. I think booth games are bad/terrible.
When Halo 5 comes out people will complain about it because Halo 4 was much better…
Seriously, Halo 4 is absolutely incredible. The campaign might be my favourite Halo campaign yet. Weapon and vehicle sounds are amazing and the gameplay is fresh, but also classic and awesome.
I cant wait to see what 343 will do next.
