It just amazes me that people like to whine so much when something changes and goes in a good direction. Halo 4 is probably the most fun I’ve had playing online since Halo 2 back when LIVE was just starting up, and on top of that the ability to play how I want to with what I want to from spawn is fantastic. No more “Oh, I didn’t want to play BR’s but everyone voted on it, so oh well.”
The game is offering a huge amount of freedom for different play styles and people decide to -Yoink- about it. Hilarious.
Halo 3 was the best game ever. Of all time. Even when it came out. I dunno what you guys are talking about. I thought Reach multiplayer was ok, but Halo 3. Where do I start. Its fun, not overpowered, actually takes skill, and did I mention fun? I actually got SOME kills in Halo 3.

I have never complained about one single halo game. Honestly if you guys are going to be silly then dont bother reading or replying. I find it interesting that you flame my post yet not one person has offered a legit reason as to why halo 4 is a good game…? all halos before have ok yes been differnt but at the core remaind halo. What 4 is just isnt the same. Ok if you disagree then instead of taking my comments as a typical complainer add somethign to change my mind. tell me assassinations dont look terrible when being performed or tell me you like the way in campaign when ships explode the break into bits rather than explode. So sick of halo games being release too soon. bungie did same with reach. If you have 3 years plus to perfect a game you.d think it would be good upon release. * understand the 360 is being pushed as is but maybe 4 would have been better on the next gen console and bettered upon.

Like I said, it’s fun. I was really lost and confused my first couple games of Matchmaking, but I got the hang of it and it’s a lot of fun now. Yeah, some things are overpowered, but it’s the first week of the game’s release. Campaign was great, updates are inbound for matchmaking, and Spartan Ops has 45 missions to go.

I do agree with you that it is early days and yes * know a new update is forthcoming but I fear that even with said changes that I will still feel the same. I really hope that something changes. I guess maybe what I hated before with bungie and I know alot of people hated was the campaign in reach felt thrown together and the mm more focused on. halo 4 to me atleast feels the other way around and yes alot of changes so I would understand a how can you say that comment but in halo 4s case the campaign seems more focused on and mm seems a copy of every other mm out there instead of remaining halo. * mean come on 343 do we really need a story behing mm…lol. instead of making stories just make sure the experiencee is up 2 scratch and I dont mean copy cod I mean leave halo at the core and improve upon what everyone loves.

Halo 4 has many awesome new features, most good, some sort of bad. I don’t think they’ve done much wrong with it. Literally, the only problem I have with the game, is that it seems like you die faster. Besides, you can go to Team Slayer Pro or whatever it’s called, it’s nearly exactly like Reach.

For now just play some of the objective gametypes, you’ll feel more at home because the gameplay is a lot slower and removes a lot of the new features.
I’m hoping for a classic playlist soon because while I enjoy the newer gameplay I also want to continue enjoying the classic style.
enough of these damn sob stories, NOBODY -Yoinking!- CARES! your opinion sucks, you have no idea what your talking about. Every seems to love Halo 4. I’m sick of people like you flooding the forums with “I hate this game” posts. Post something insightful that will help the developers, help players, or is fun to talk about. If you don’t like it shut the -Yoink- up and stop playing nobody cares, crawl back in your hole.
–everyone does this with every new game, this one is actually good. If you don’t want change then keep playing Halo CE.
It’s all well and good saying you don’t like the game, that’s your opinion and you’re entitled to it. However, don’t just make silly statements saying the game is dead and that it is completely terrible.
Personally for me, this game plays much smoother than previous installments of the game, it’s good that it feels a lot more fast paced as well. There are things I don’t like with the game as it currently is and I’ve already stated these on other threads on these forums. Unless you can offer any improvements and get involved/start a discussion with the community around you with suggestions for improving the game overall within the coming months (Considering the game is currently <1 week old) then threads like this are completely pointless as a rule of thumb the community doesn’t really care whether you’re going to be disappearing or not.
Start offering suggestions for improvements and you may get the responses you so desire. You’ve also not helped yourself as from what I’ve read you’ve only said you prefer Reach to Halo 4, no other reason as to why you dislike Halo 4 (other than graphical/audio differences which doesn’t change gameplay in the slightest).
So the only thing I can honestly suggest now is leave now if you feel that strongly and forget about this thread, or respond in the right way about this and offer feedback with an alternative to improve the game, whining won’t improve it as it will only leave 343i going “and how do you want that to be?” if they decided to take some form of action on your suggestion.
