Hey guys just wanted to leave 343 a little appreciation post for ruining the Halo name and everything it used to be. They are a total embarrassment to the Halo franchise and I will never forgive Bungie for selling us out to these clowns. That is all

While I enjoy the in game mechanics and maneuverability of my Spartan in H5, I think OP is spot on.
343i has done a lot of damage to the Halo franchise.

Funny because it wasn’t Bungie who sold the rights to 343i, Microsoft owned Halo from the start with helping Bungie finish up Halo Combat Evolved, due to money issues. So if you want to blame anyone, blame Microsoft.

To some yes they have but they could seriously turn this around with Halo 6, it will be up to 343 to decide on that factor. I am hoping that they bring Halo back around as a great game. I enjoy Halo 5 for what it is but IMO it could be better.

I know you dont like the way 343 has taken the series, but Bungie would have been 10x worse. Imo, they corrected A LOT of their mistakes with H5, but at the same time made even more new ones. I just wish that they would at least try to make a REAL Halo game. I think they could do a great job if they would stop trying to change everything.

What “mistakes” did Bungie make? They made a spinoff game (Reach) and experimented. 343i is the one that completely butchered it with Halo 4. The only “mistakes” corrected in H5 were going back to even starts. What other mistakes did they correct? Lol. Genuinely curious.
Yup, now I’m convinced. Video game players in general and halo fans who post to furums are cynical -yoink-holes. The game is a long way from a masterpeice, but it’s not a terrible game and certainly not garbage. Should have had more content for sure!
First of all microsoft decided what to do with Halo after Bungie bought themselves back.

Again, it was a spinoff. I don’t blame them for experimenting. 343i’s fault for saying “Hey, instead of continuing off of Halo 3 for Halo 4, let’s take this spinoff game (Reach) and accentuate what made it unappealing!”
