While I’ve been linked to this article, (https://www.player.one/experiencing-stuttering-halo-reach-pc-heres-fix-131757) I have NONE of the programs listed running while I’m trying to play. I just bought and installed a new graphics card because of it, only to now know that’s not the issue. Help, pls.
