Some time ago I signed up for Halo Insiders to play and test the Master Chief Collection. Today I connected because it has been quite a while and it turns out that I have been discharged … I do not know what happened but I had even linked steam account. Can anybody help me?
Are you sure you are checking the correct account and that it was definitely the current Gamer tag and associated email that you initially signed up with?
Hi, I recently got the email for the invite for the flight but it got sent to the gmail account, and it should’ve been hotmail. I changed it just now but what can i do to participate in the flight program?
P.S the mcc insider program isnt popping up since it is on the wrong email.

Did you install the Mcc insider build from Xbox Insider Hub? If yes, you should be able to play. If not, just follow the instructions that come with the email.
For playing the flights, you have to use the same gamertag you use to sign into waypoint.
And what if u didnt recive the instruction email?

Try checking your inbox and spam folders for the invitation.

The instructions aren’t very clear to me, im sorry. But is there a way to check for my gamertag. Because I am getting into the xbox insider hub and the mcc program isnt there and i dont know how to install it.

Please check the instructions in your email, you are downloading the wrong app. You should be downloading the Xbox Insider App and not the MCC Insider app

yeah, thats the app i have downloaded already but nothing is appearing in it. thats why i believe it was sent to the wrong gamertag

If it’s asking you for a code, you’re not using the correct app. Check your Inisder profile to make sure you have signed up with the correct email that matches your gamertag or sign into your Xbox using that email address
