I’ve been invited to the MCC Insider, I’ve updated it, and after a 5 hour update. I still can’t play the damn thing. Every time I got launch it, it say something went wrong. WHY THE HELL CAN I NOT PLAY!!!
I suppose this is half of the point of insider testing, this issue sounds particularly bad. Head to insider support.halowaypoint.com to check if your issue has been reported for the February flight, if not then contribute it.
Have a similar thing that just pisses me off. The Insider app keeps looping through MS Store and game info page when I try to launch it.
Uninstalled it twice already. Did a hard reboot of my Xbox. Didn’t work. So annoying.
What platform are you playing on OP, if it’s Xbox try hard resetting your console

I’ve been having the same exact issue. My email is verified, I’m opted into flighting for console, etc., but still having trouble. My only guess is it’s because I don’t technically ‘own’ a digital copy of Halo: MCC like it says is required to participate in flighting. I have the Ultimate Game Pass, and since all the Halo games are on there, I have legit no reason to spend more money on purchasing the game itself.
Did you buy a digital copy, or download through gamepass?

Same here. I’ve given up but I’ll keep an eye out for a solution if one pops up.

Umm good…I hope you at least reported the issue and let them know what possible thing you did to fix the issue on the Halo Insider support page.

Try resetting your console.
