I was just wondering if there’ll be any rewards for doing flight tests for Reach - there were rewards in halo 5 eg for participating in beta and for achieving certain ranks in ranked - I was wondering if anything like this would occur for reach too(since we’re getting new ways of unlocking armours)

> Maybe. But we’re intentionally not focusing on that right now as we don’t want the reason someone signs up to be due to the promise of some kind of reward. Last year, MCC Insiders did have a chance to earn a nameplate or two. We will continue to evaluate what makes sense for MCC PC but for now, Insiders should be signing up because of a genuine interest in participating and helping make the games the best they can be, not for hopes of some kind of special prize.
I’d like a nice plaque to put on my wall lol. A reward for being a Insider really isnt my concern. I hate to be so cliche but I just like to be part of the behind the scenes action that makes sure Halo is the way it’s supposed to be.
It would be a great honor to participate in the testing of such a monumental moment in Halo’s history. A plaque really isn’t needed for adequate motivation.
I signed up because i genuinely want the master chief collection to succeed on PC. Sure, having a nameplate or something would be nice but that’s not why i’m here. Halo was my childhood, helping 343 bring it to PC could make halo someone else’s childhood, That’s why i’m here
I don’t really need a reward but it would be nice to have some sort of discernible evidence that we participated in the way we did to contribute to Halo.
Rewards would be a bit of a bad move on 343’s part, if they announce any before flighting actually begins. It’d result in more people signing up for the rewards than for providing feedback, which isn’t what they want.
I wouldn’t be against a surprise reward of some sort once flighting ends, but 343 would be better served keeping any potential bonuses under wraps.
I have been wanting Halo on PC for so long, mainly because I want to see a competitive scene grow and thrive because I know for a fact it will, an experience like this has been wanted for years and years and for it to finally become a reality is something I want to take part in so badly! Cheers to many more years of Halo on PC!
Doesn’t really matter to me. I’m most concerned over Halo as a franchise becoming successful as it did on Xbox. I want my friends to see why I have such a high opinion on them and hopefully hop on the train too.
Being a part of it would be reward enough for me.
While in-game rewards would be awesome, I am only looking forward to being able to playtest with the flights.
Playing Halo early is reward enough.
A Nameplate would be cool. Nothing more than that though. Wouldn’t be upset if insiders didn’t get anything, the opportunity to play halo and help with input is enough for me.
i said it once i will say it again the real blessing is that it is going to be released on steam~!

THIS ^^
Yeah, totally agreed with the majority of threads here.
For me, getting to participate in flighting, being able to play Halo and give feedback, that’s already the prize, in of itself.

Same here a reward would be nice but I just want to be part of making it happen. I’ve literally played Halo since the first game was released and have played ALL the games. Any way to show support for the franchise I’m in!
