If i have halo insider installed on my xbox one does that mean i will have access to the reach flights?
It isn’t guaranteed that you will get it.
They haven’t released details about Xbox flights yet but you may be able to play the PvP flight coming up or they may have a limited release as they have so far with PC which makes you far less likely to get in.
My current guess is limited, which means theres a chance you still get in.
Also make sure your properly signed up for insider. You should have a confirmation email if you have.

I did the entire sing up process and for my email it says “pending verification”. If i’m supposed to get a conformation email i haven’t received one.

You need a verified email in order to receive invitations. Check this thread if you haven’t received a verification email—it’s quite a common problem.
