I got the email saying I’m apart of the flight, but no notifications about setting up insider… I tried the insider support but I keep getting access denied. what can I do to fix this?
Make sure that you are signing in with the GT you use for flighting - this can differ from the email associated with your gamertag, so be sure to check your Insider profile if you have a different email for communication. Getting “access denied” on the Insider Support site means that you are not accessing it with the correct account.

im using the same account
i have checked my email stuff on the “insider” part at least 20 times. I’ve copied and pasted my info in a dozen times… i don’t have any info listed about a gamertag. plus it shows my steam progress in the halo games and when I played them…
I’m have the exact same issue, got the flight email when I was at school and it got me all excited, I got home and logged in to waypoint and didn’t have any notifications, Jebaited
Literally the same.
Please triple check that you’re using the correct account:

If you’re 100% sure it’s the correct account and if you were invited to the Steam flight and don’t have a flight key showing at the bottom of your Insider profile, please file a ticket on the Insider support site.

It is the correct account, I’ve gotten all of the flights of the previous games the same way. My Insider profile doesn’t state Halo 3: ODST at the bottom though, only Halo 2 and Halo 3.
Can I have the link to the Insider support site? The link in the ‘flight email’ gives me an “access denied.” It’s weird because it worked a few hours ago, but with an empty forum and attempting to create a new post will return a “missing field” error because I can’t select the topic (shows as “-”).
Yeah, access denied
Sometimes you have to open your DMs on waypoint or check for a steam key under your insider program tab. At least I have to.
