Just making a new thread to document my trouble shooting as my other one got locked for absolutely no reason, when my issue is persisting and this is the only avenue for me to try and get support.
So I followed someone on Reddits idea and logged in with a second Microsoft account completely unrelated to the email I received the invite from, and voila, a 10 gigabyte download starts. If someone could provide some insight as to why this is the case that would be fantastic. Not sure why whoever locked my thread is trying to stifle my discussion too LMAO.

Hey OP. For future reference, please don’t post multiple time in a row. If you need to add more information or quote other users, you can edit your last post.Regarding your issue, make sure and read over the info in your Insider email. Check the known issues list and file a bug report if you think it’s a bug. From what I have read so far though, it sounds like you are not logged into the correct account when accessing the store. Needs to be the same account your use for the Insider program
Hey mate, I was. I logged into a different account, and I can’t fill out a bug report BECAUSE I can’t get onto support.halowaypoint.com, it says access denied. Your NPC-like response containing 100% of stuff I already know is not helpful, other than the “please don’t post multiple times in a row”
