Halo Infinite - Main Menu Concept (Ring Spinning) *Update 2:
I wasn’t able to get as much done as I’d like this week but I wanted to share another work-in-progress file. I have added a connecting/message-of-the-day pop-up / increased the ring speed / added temp base menu UI without animations yet.
I will have a third version posted shortly. This version will differ in that the parallax between the mountains and ring has been removed as well as the visible motion on the ring itself. Rather than the camera serving as an untethered omniscient observer it is now secured to the ring so the only visible motion are the stars, cloud, some snow, glowing elements on the distant ring architecture/glyphs as well as other various items. This will serve to make the video loop-able. Something that can be made into a gif as well as used in wallpaper engine for a live desktop wallpaper.
