Halo Infinite You're All Thoughts

Who on here still thinks Halo will survive for 10 years and who doesn’t I mean multiplayers in a bad shape and campaign could use some improvements I’m more of a campaign player so as far as campaign goes bring back classic weapons like the like the shotgun and plasma rifle amongst others from Halo CE with there damage and ammo intact also vehicles bring back things like the revenant and the hornet I love those vehicles obviously different biomes I mean though have been in Halo game since Halo CE I don’t know what 343 was thinking what other ways could they improve multiplayer and campaign that could save the game and keep it going I would like to know you’re all’s thoughts

Please use grammar, I can barely make out what you are trying to say.

It also makes you seem under the age of 13, and you have to be 13 or over to use these forums, I believe.

Fixed it for everyone

Who on here still thinks Halo: Infinite will survive for 10 years? Who doesn’t? I mean the multiplayer is in a bad shape and campaign could use some improvements. I’m more of a campaign player and would like to see 343i bring back classic weapons like the shotgun and plasma rifle there damage and ammo intact. Also vehicles, bring back things like the revenant and the hornet. I love those vehicles. Add different biomes that have been in Halo games since Halo CE. I don’t know what 343 was thinking. What are other ways that they could improve multiplayer and campaign that could save the game and keep it going? I would like to know y’alls thoughts.

It’s kind of odd that people have trouble understanding me my friend seems to have no problem at all

Punctuation and paragraphs are more important than you think.

Initially you skim through a post to see if it’s worth investing time in. Your brain uses various visual tricks to fill in the gaps as you do. But this relies on the text having a predictable structure.

Friends are probably more willing to put in that initial effort.

As for Infinite.

It’s been a shaky start.

The core game play is fantastic. But let down by desync. People need confidence in the game play. They need to fix that ASAP. If it means dropping struggling hardware configurations or losing gameplay elements like curb sliding - they need to do it.

We are content dry. Parched. A couple of more game modes (especially ranked) and at least 4 to 6 maps are needed ASAP.

Seasons need to be 3 months.

Forge will fill a huge gap. As long as we are given a some sort of content browser - and 343 help spotlight the cream of the community creations.

Apart from that we need an XP rank.

A revamp to the challenge system. I’m all for a single weekly cumulative game score target with multipliers for winning, not quitting, daily play, different game modes, and events.

I agree what we have looks bad. It’s demoralising. But the really frustrating thing is that it’s so close to being functional. And not that far from being awesome.

It surviving or not isn’t the issue, it’s knowing 343 is going take years drip-feeding content, and years to fix or work around the issues they caused to keep those issues in the game to use the player base as a lab rat to see what they can and can’t get away with. Infinite was never about designing a game. It was about profit, but 343 went about it in all the wrong ways.

I will never call this a Halo game because it’s not. Most of what a Halo game is has been removed and replaced with BS that was literally designed to attract the CoD/Fortnite type of players.

People you see/talk to on a regular basis would of course be able to understand you better as they have become accustomed to it.

Why make the game last 10 years when they can just releas another 60 dollar campaign and make people rebuy all the microtransactions in a few years?

I know this won’t happen but as far as forge goes I would like Forge World from Halo Reach to return. Another is I wish we could rank up in campaign seeing as I’m more of a campaign player. And last do you think Halo CE weapons should return

Anyone else realize this is like angry cop’s “this old crack house” series on YouTube??? With every passing day another issue is discovered with infinitely more problems on the way.

I love the campaign of the game yes but other than that I don’t touch the game much. You have to buy everything, matchmaking is horrid, connection is worse than McDonald’s WiFi. Etc.

When forge comes out I’m probably never touched the rest of pvp ever again. Much like halo 5. When there’s forge I’m in there 24/7 making the coolest creations!

Why do we just make up worst case scenarios when there’s nothing to support the seedling thoughts in the first place?

My god please use punctuation. No one wants to read a paragraph long run on sentence.

There aren’t a ton of details for me to add that haven’t already been listed, so I won’t spend time on specifics.

I will say that Infinite matchmaking as an experience has given me some of the lowest lows I’ve had with Halo in probably a decade. Functionally the hit detection is just beyond infuriating at least once or twice a play session for me.

When the server connection feels good, Infinite is an exceptional gaming experience with a couple balance tweak needs. I just never thought it would take this long to get things like new guns and vehicles.
