We need xp for our performance in game. The challenge system should just be a bonus, not the the whole thing.
There is no incentive to play well or even win, because if this players a runnings round just trying to complete challengers and not focusing on the match objective.
Something needs to change quickly before players get bored/frustrated and leave to ply other games.
