Halo Infinite Will We Have Achievements Armor?

So guys I just wanna know everyone’s opinion on having Achievement Armor like that of Halo 3 ( Katana, Recon, Hayabusa) and even progression armor like that of more recent Halos like the MCC and Reach. I’m fine with in game content ( someone’s gotta pay rent ) but I would really hate it if everything was exclusive to just purchased seasons pass or even straight buy and not one Achievement earned Armor. Like I wanna show off I beat the new Campaign on legendary and maybe even have more types of armor from doing skull runs and special achievements like good ole days. What you guys think?

I agree, but with the “fracture events” I believe they are called, I think that’s the direction they’re going to take.

we know there will be cosmetic unlocks for challenges, campaign, bp, fracture etc.

I really hope so, it could give more reward to the people who put effort into completing challenges!

It’s just one of those things like ya I don’t mind spend 10-20$ of cosmetics from now and then but you gotta make something exclusively OG for the OGs

From what i understood on the announcement of the multiplayer, you can buy the “season pass” and still need to complete certain challenges, not pay and get everything. same style as certain phone games.

I’m all about unlocking and completing all things Halo. Having something to grind towards will satisfy the voice in my head screaming at me to finish X and Y to unlock Z.

I hunt for Halo achievements and having a cool thing to show off due to completing them would be pretty sweet.

not to sound dumb but what are those

From what I know is that they will have a season pass that never ends, once obtained you will always have that season to work on or move to another season once it drops and move back and forth between seasons at will. Fracture events I believe will be like A Open world event or multiplayer event which will give special event rewards like armor camos ect. And we will most likely have bundle deals for announcers, armor, camos and such with IGP. I just hope they stay true and have OG achievement armors.

I watched one of the 343i videos or blog posts and they confirmed that there would be items and cosmetics attainable through challenges and that those items would only be attainable through challenges. No more Helioskrill in Halo 5 type shenanigans. I thnk the game will have a good balance of season pass, buyables and unlockables. I’m just not fully sold on the whole armour coatings thing.

I’m pretty certain that it works like this. The season pass will look a lot like the MCC unlock system. You’ll have to grind to get season points. Some of the unlocks (<20%) will be free, but the others will be behind the season pass pay wall. There is also 1 seasonal armor that can only be unlocked from completing a seasonal challenge.

I really hope so.

Yes, I love this idea I hope they add a bunch of achievement rewards

Man I Hope so, Nothing like getting all your achievements to get that Hayabusa Armor.

I think a long time ago this was confirmed although I could be wrong.
